When we take payment

Once you have placed your order and have submitted your details we will request authorisation from your bank and release payment if authorisation is given.
Please Note: www.cyclestore.co.uk does NOT store any of your personal financial details, All of our transactions are handled by third party, secure payment gateways

Reducing the risk of authorisation being refused by your card issuer:

• Make sure you have entered the correct details and match those registered to your account.
• Ensure that the card that you are using is registered to the billing address
• If you are placing an order that is high in value, you may consider informing your bank before placing the order
• make sure that the card you are using has not exceeded the expiry date

Paying By Credit Card

If you choose to pay by credit card you will be sent to our secure payment form where you are able to enter your card details. Once you have submitted your details we will request payment authorisation from your bank and then release payment once this is obtained.

Paying By PayPal

If you choose to pay by PayPal you will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete your transaction. Once you have submitted your PayPal details, Payment will be released after authorisation has been given.

Paying With Finance

Cyclestore provides finance options so you can spread the cost of bikes and cycling gear you want to buy immediately, over a time period that suits your budget. Our finance is supplied by V12 Finance who will provide you with a decision in seconds. Click here for a more detailed explanation.

Using a Voucher

We have vouchers available for purchase from £5 upwards, If you decide to pay using a voucher you will be given a prompt to do so before you choose your payment method. The full value of the voucher will be deducted from the total order value before any payment is taken.
