Short is suitable for front roller and sports packer panniers.
Long is suitable for rear roller and bike packer plus panniers.
Will not fit to QL1 fittings on the classic panniers. This device is a deterent and fixes to the top rail of the pannier to stop theives taking the panniers off the rack.
